What the integration does
- One-click data pull — connect your Stora account and StorIQ imports your sites, unit types, units, and occupancy automatically. No CSVs, no copy-paste.
- Per-size rate recommendations — every unit size gets a recommended street rate based on competitor positioning, occupancy, and demand.
- Push approved rates back to Stora — review each recommendation on a dry-run preview, approve per size, and StorIQ writes the new base prices straight to your Stora unit types. Nothing changes without your explicit approval.
How to connect
- In StorIQ, go to Dashboard → Data sources.
- Click Connect with Stora and approve the connection in the Stora authorization screen.
- StorIQ pulls your sites and starts generating recommendations — usually within minutes.
StorIQ requests read access to your sites, unit types, units, and subscriptions, plus write access to unit types for the rate-push feature. You can disconnect at any time from Data sources.
How push rates works
- Open a facility and go to Push rates.
- Review the dry-run preview: current street rate vs. recommended rate, per size.
- Edit any rate, tick the sizes you approve, and confirm.
- StorIQ updates the base price on each approved Stora unit type. A full audit trail is kept.
Pushing rates only changes the base (street) price for new bookings — existing tenants keep their current rent.
