What we collect

Account details (name, email), company and facility data you provide or sync, usage data, and the consent choices you make at registration (each stored with a timestamp and policy version).

How we use it

To operate the service, generate recommendations, manage billing via Stripe, and — only with your separate opt-in — to send marketing email. SMS consent is recorded; an SMS provider (Telnyx) is configured and the sender number is being provisioned — no SMS is sent yet.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email you opt into). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from account settings or by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on verified request after cancellation.

Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies, and we do not show a cookie consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.

Analytics

We measure site usage with Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. Visits are counted without identifying you.
